How Obedient have I been this month?

What Are Habits?
The Obedience app comes with several default habits that you can use, but you can also add and use your own. Preset habits include things like journalling, meditating or texting your partner good morning, but also includes things like sharing a fantasy with your Dominant, or sending them a photo in a pose that they have requested. I have things like housework, blog work (yes, I get rewards for working hard!) and pet care, along with a variety of self-care habits. Don’t forget, if you want more than five habits, you’ll need the Premium plan!
How Do Rewards & Punishments Work?
Rewards and punishments don’t have to be gaining or losing points, that’s a preset. A Dominant (or submissive) can add their own rewards/punishments ideas, and each habit can be custom set to earn its own reward if completed, or punishment if not. For example, a submissive could earn a small bar of chocolate (rather than points) for eating five portions of fruit or vegetables in a day, or ten strokes of a hairbrush to their bottom if they fail. You can absolutely set up the system with whatever rewards and punishments you both like.

My Top 3 Completed Habits
1. Blog Work
Like I said above, I get rewards for working hard, and my work is important! Master Levi thinks so too, so of course he makes sure my hard work is paid off somewhere!
2. Pet Care
I always make sure Huxley is well looked after, as he looks after me. Actually, this doesn’t just cover Huxley — it extends to our tropical and cold fish, too. I’m like the Snow White of the BDSM world.
3. Eating Breakfast/Lunch
When you can get a sore butt for skipping lunch, you stop skipping lunch. Also, I found a really tasty breakfast smoothie recipe a few weeks ago (with thanks to the help of ChatGPT), so I’m now enjoying a smoothie with some granola for breakfast… and getting two of my five a day at the same time!
My Top 3 Least Completed Habits
1. 20-minute workout
Ugh… I’ll admit it, I’m terrible for skipping workouts. I have work to do, pets to look after, housework to do, sleep to get. Anyone mind if I just… don’t?
2. Drink 1 litre water
I realised that I wasn’t drinking enough water very recently when I kept experiencing digestive issues, and though I have now installed a small water storer in my home office (right next to my desk!), it remains to be seen whether that will be enough to encourage me to hydrate more frequently. Here’s hoping!
3. Tidy your desk
Again, I’ll admit it, my desk is diabolical — it’s often a collection of dishes and scraps of paper with ideas written on them. I’m supposed to tidy it at the end of each day but… it’s too often that that doesn’t happen.

My Most Received Rewards
1. Massage
After days of typing and housework I tend ache, and what better than a nice back massage? I’m very lucky in that Master Levi delivers a wonderful back massage, and he knows I’m too happy to cllaim them as a reward for my hard work.

What I Plan To Improve Next Month
I know I need to improve my self-care game. I spend a lot of time looking after others, our home, our pets, my blog, but I always put myself last. I know that annoys Master Levi too, so, I need to learn to stop putting others first quite so often, and start looking after myself a little bit more. We shall see whether I managed it next month!
