You will recall not long ago that I introduced you to the Obedience app, the wonderful BDSM habit-tracking app that I am now proudly affiliated with. A lot of people have clicked my link to check out the app, so I thank you for your curiosity already.
As part of using the app, I thought it would be really fun to share with you some of how my dynamic with Master Levi looks. How obedient I’ve been to him. My top completed habits, my least completed habits, the rewards I’ve received, the punishments, and how I plan to improve.

What Is Obedience?
The Obedience app is a habit-tracking and accountability tool designed to help kinky people who enjoy structure, discipline, and goal-focused routines within their BDSM relationships. It allows Dominants to create custom tasks, rules, and daily expectations for their submissives, then track completion over time through streaks, statistics, and progress reports. Many people use it individually for productivity, self-improvement, or personal development (yes, you can do that too!), while others incorporate it into recognised power-exchange or D/s dynamics as a way to formalise agreements and deepen their relationships.
While Obedience offers a simple, free version, the Preium version offers bonus features like unlimited (instead of five) habits, photo proof (for those subs who like to pretend they did as they were told!), discreet mode and more. Ideal for those whose privacy isn’t guaranteed!
And that’s not all! Obedience allows you to add multiple Dominants and submissives, and has an option for Switches too. In a Household? Obedience can cater for you! You can also integrate Embrace with Obedience and reward your submissive for journalling regularly.
Whether used solo or collaboratively, the goal is the same: consistent action, measurable progress, and a healthy, happy bond.
What Are Habits?
The Obedience app comes with several default habits that you can use, but you can also add and use your own. Preset habits include things like journalling, meditating or texting your partner good morning, but also includes things like sharing a fantasy with your Dominant, or sending them a photo in a pose that they have requested. I have things like housework, blog work (yes, I get rewards for working hard!) and pet care, along with a variety of self-care habits. Don’t forget, if you want more than five habits, you’ll need the Premium plan!
How Do Rewards & Punishments Work?
Rewards and punishments don’t have to be gaining or losing points, that’s a preset. A Dominant (or submissive) can add their own rewards/punishments ideas, and each habit can be custom set to earn its own reward if completed, or punishment if not. For example, a submissive could earn a small bar of chocolate (rather than points) for eating five portions of fruit or vegetables in a day, or ten strokes of a hairbrush to their bottom if they fail. You can absolutely set up the system with whatever rewards and punishments you both like.
How Much Does Obedience Cost?
Obedience costs £6.99/$6.99 per month, but you can save more than 50% with the annual plan at £29.99/$29.99 per year. My Top 3 Completed Habits
1. Pet Care
As always it’s no man left behind with me, and our furry and scaly friends get just as much love and attention as what my husband does!
2. Eating On Time
After a lecture about lunch, I’m eating lunch more consistently. Part of it is kind of daft: I bought my own soft lunch bag and now I pack myself a lunch when I make Master Levi’s, which I keep in my bag by my desk. It means I don’t have to think about what I want to eat or fight with Huxley so I can make some food. It’s done, bagged, and there for when I want it.
3. Blog Work
Yep, still working hard! Actually there’s been a few changes this month, like I completed all of the images for the Sex Position Reviews and I deleted the old “What’s Trending?” page, which was hardly getting looked at. So I work hard anyway, but maybe I’ve been working a little bit harder lately 😉
My Top 3 Least Completed Habits
1. 20 Minute Work-Out
I am still not managing to fit fitness into my schedule. I know I should, and I know I need to, it’s just…. the day goes far too fast for me!
2. Evening Relaxation
10:30PM relaxing time? Haha! Good joke! I’ve been trying to get into the habit of stopping and relaxing at 10:3PM, but it just… doesn’t always happen. One little adjustment I did make was to set myself a 9:30PM “stop & check-in” alarm — it doesn;t matter what’s not done, it’s time to stop, and check-in. Right now this habit is one of my least completed. Hopefully after a month of this new habit, that will improve.
3. Going Outside
I’ve been doing better! But yeah, compared to what it should be, the amount of time that I spend outside is far from ideal. I try to spend at least 20 minutes a day outside, and I open the windows to boot. It’s not long, but it’s still fresh air.

My Most Received Rewards
1. Flogging Session
I’ve never forgotten that moment: I had 50+ reward points and I “bought” a flogging session, for 30 points. Master Levi looked at me, and I him, and there was that slight smile between us — we both knew what it meant! I haven’t had it yet, but I can’t wait for when I do!
2. Chocolate
Chocolate’s chocolate, what’s not to like about chocolate? I’ve been enjoying letting my Cadbury’s giant buttons melt on my tongue between paragraphs. Thank you, Daddy!
3. Time In Cuffs
I have some super-soft, velvet-like, velcro closure wrist cuffs that I just love to wear — they make me feel cosy and soft and safe in my submission. I get to wear them for two hours per purchased reward, and what a reward it is!
My Most Received Punishments
1. Explanation
“I didn’t get around to it” is my most common explanation, which is an explanation, but not an excuse. I’m constantly reviewing how I can better serve my Master while not wearing myself into the ground, but sometimes, “I didn’t get around to it” is the only explanation there is. A reasonable Dominant understands that submissives are humans, and nobody is perfect.
2. Spanking
I received 39 spanks this month, all for not eating on time, or not looking after myself. The lunch bag has been a game changer but Master Levi still expects me to improve in other ways. Totally understandable, of course.
3. Time Out To Journal
I kind of haven’t been doing too good with my journal lately, so I earned myself some time out to write about my thoughts and feelings. I hated that: I really felt like a naughty kid who had been sent to the corner to write about what they did.
Did I Meet Last Month’s Goal?
Last month I said that I wanted to improve on my self-care game, but have I? Well the answer is… yes and no. I’m drinking more water and doing my morning self-care routine consistently, but in terms of fitness and making time to relax? That still leaves a lot to be desired!
What I Plan To Improve Next Month
I think just that; fitness and relaxation. I am getting more on top of the housework, which leaves me with a lot more time for myself. If I can finally start fitting a bit more “me time” into my day? That will surely be a blessing!
