Make a Christmas wish.
Hello lovelies and welcome to our Kinkmas countdown!
I’ve wanted to do a Lovehoney advent calendar for a while now but because of cost, it was something I often put off doing. Well, now I have the perfect excuse — my audience will enjoy a kinky countdown to Christmas, too!
From 12th-24th December, I’ll be bringing you a post and a short Youtube video every day as we open this calendar together, followed by a review of our experience (hopefully!) on the 27th!
We deliberated over all of the calendar options but ultimately settled on the 12-day “Discover Romance” one. It’s designed to help bring romance to a relationship, but will there be romance in store for us?
Let’s explore…
Today is day:

In our Kinkmas countdown, and today we have…

Mini Wand Vibrator Sleeve
How It Looks
This time it wasn’t me who was initially critical — it was Master Levi. Master is unimpressed by the number of silicone vibrator sleeves in this calendar so far, versus actual vibrators. For my part, I’m unpressed that some items arrive wrapped in tissue paper, and still some others — like this mini wand sleeve — arrive with a crumpled piece of tissue paper at the end of the box. If you’re going to package each item carefully, do it consistently.
Onto the wand sleeve itself, and again, I do like that colour — it’s the same wine coloured silicone that the lay-on vibrator sleeve was made from, and is also compatible with the bullet vibrator from box one. I like the ridges and textures too— no complaints from me!
How It Handles
Pushing the bullet vibrator into the sleeve is fairly easy, though it’s a nightmare to remove. For that reason, I suggest covering your chosen bullet vibrator in a dab of lube before pushing it into the sleeve. That way, it’s fairly easy to remove afterwards!
This wand sleeve does make the bullet easier to hold, although it is still on the “mini” side of things. It doesn’t add anything to the power button either, so you do still have to fumble to the end of the assembly to change the speed. Not bad, adds a bit of volume, but nothing more. I do think, however, it actually helps decrease the auditory volume of the bullet vibrator itself.
How It Feels
First impressions were not good: those vibrations seemed to have gotten lost again. The base of the wand was vibrating away but the head wasn’t delivering much, not until I realised that I hadn’t pushed the bullet vibrator all the way into the sleeve.
Bullet pushed fully in, now we’re getting somewhere!
Applied to nipples it was, as ever, quite delightful, and Master Levi enjoyed it applied to his penis too. But when we tried to encorporate it into our sex, it just failed to deliver. Even on its highest speeed, those vibrations had all but disappeared.
I did orgasm though, as did Master (albeing from seeing me come from the wand, rather than the wand itself!) and so I can’t fault it there. It did work, but man oh man, what an effort it was!
The Verdict
Wand sleeves just don’t work is our own personal opinion — wand vibrators need a strong motor! It was nice, it did work, but it it took a lot of effort to make it work. 3.5/5.
That’s it from me for this post. Do you have an advent calendar? What did you receive today? Leave a comment below or read more of my Kinkmas Countdown posts!
Until next time!
