How It Looks

For so long as you understand cock rings, this one is fairly self-explanatory: the smaller ring goes around your cock, the bigger ring goes around your balls and the bullet vibrator from day one of our Kinkmas Countdown goes in the perpendicular (perpen-dick-ular?) tube at the top. How It Feels
